In the larger interests of the youth professionals, it would be really worthwhile for the youth professionals to know what do the legislators expect from the upcoming youth professionals. This would enable them to deliver in accordance with the expectations of the legislators.
Organising social get togethers for the youth professional with the mentors
Man is a social animal and undoubtedly, communication is incomplete if the formal communication is not complemented with the informal communication. This presents the interested groups to discuss and interact with their fellow youth professionals and also with the mentors so that communication takes place on an informal note beyond the vagaries of the everyday work. It would create a social bonding and foster long term sustainable relationships to be created among the youth professionals.
